Phase 3, an occupational skills training program, brings quality instruction to marginalized communities leading to employment within the elevator and escalator repair industry. Phase 3 is intentional about expanding economic development through employment & career building and committed to placing fully certified mechanics into the job market.

Phase 3’s trainers have over 20 years each in the elevator/escalator, electrical, and HVAC industries and are committed to providing thorough education in repair, maintenance, and installation to every student enrolled in our program.
